The Management Committee will be decision-making
body for all thematic groups. Recommendations from all thematic
groups, which require a decision, would be subject to approval of
the Management Committee (MC). MC will meet quarterly (or as
needed) and will be linked to consortium partner meetings.
Individual organizations will determine who attends the meetings,
though there should be some continuity in attendance. Following
