PAIMAN project has prepared district health profiles with an
objective to provide basic information about the project
districts with particular focus on district health system. It
provides overview on district specific topography, demography,
health indicators & fertility behavior, administrative setup,
service delivery structure and budget allocation and
utilization. Mostly the secondary data was used which was
collected from various district level offices. The district
health profiles are for the use of District Health Management
Teams (DHMT), international and national stakeholders, PAIMAN
team and other stakeholders as a ready reference.
