Baseline Documents

Population Council is a lead partner in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) of the project to ensure that the success of PAIMAN is properly ascertained, and that the appropriate lessons are learned. The M&E Plan includes the establishment of baseline measures according to a set of indicators that will be used to evaluate the success of the project. The baseline measures comprising a household survey, health facility assessment and training needs assessment, have been completed, and the findings were disseminated at the district and national level. Following are the household baseline survey reports for each district:
